Whispering Wood is back for the Spring semester 2015! We had ten students attend class and there’s still a week to snag a few more. Through introductions we learned that most of our student, at some point, wanted to be archaeologists. Well, now they can live the dream – for credit.
We covered the syllabus, readings, and assignments for the semester as well as going over an introduction to Cultural Resource Management. The students left class feeling excited. Our students from last semester, Levi, Sam, Jess, and Art were very helpful and contributed a lot to our first class. They will be participating in Rutgers-Camden’s annual Celebration of Undergraduate Research and Creative Activity (CURCA) this April.
Next week we will cover Material Culture.
